A typical exterior takes three to five days, depending on weather and how much prep the surfaces need.
Inspection and written quote
We walk the whole envelope, find the rot and failed caulk before it becomes a change order, and price it all up front.
Wash, scrape and repair

Colorado sun, hail and freeze-thaw cycles are hard on a house. With proper prep and premium product, a quality exterior repaint holds up well past a decade, which is why we back ours with a 6, 9 or 10-year warranty.
Late spring through early fall is ideal, when daytime temperatures are consistently above 50°F and overnight lows stay mild. We book the season early, so getting on the calendar in winter usually means a better slot.
Both, depending on the surface. Pressure washing clears dirt and chalking, hand scraping removes failing paint that washing cannot. Skipping either is the most common reason a repaint fails in two years instead of ten.
Yes. We inspect for rot, failed caulk and damaged trim during the estimate and include any carpentry repairs in your written quote rather than surprising you mid-project.
For an average two-story home with normal prep, a moderate color change, and Sherwin-Williams Latitude paint (6-year warranty), the starting price is around $6,650. Price can move based on the size of your house, degree of color change, condition, amount of carpentry needed, how much of the house is brick that won't be painted, and the type of siding.

Interior work carries a 1-year workmanship warranty. Exterior work carries a 6, 9 or 10-year warranty depending on the system we use on your home. It is written into your paperwork, not a verbal promise, and if something peels or fails inside that window we come back and fix it.
We serve the greater Denver metro area and the surrounding suburbs, including Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Parker, Louisville, Denver, Aurora, Golden, Boulder, Lone Tree, Cherry Hills, Greenwood Village, Evergreen, Superior, Northglenn, Broomfield, Longmont, Westminster and Thornton. If you are just outside that list, ask anyway.
