We inspect for soft boards, popped nails and loose railings during the estimate and include any repairs in the quote. There is no point sealing wood that is already failing.

Decks normally run around $2 per square foot, and fences around $1.50 per square foot. Both prices move with the condition of the wood and the type of stain used.

Interior work carries a 1-year workmanship warranty. Exterior work carries a 6, 9 or 10-year warranty depending on the system we use on your home. It is written into your paperwork, not a verbal promise, and if something peels or fails inside that window we come back and fix it.
