Helix painter on a ladder staining the soffit of a mountain-modern home

What working at Helix involves.

Crews that back each other

Stronger together is one of our core values. On site that means the newest painter is not handed the worst job and left to it.

Training on prep and finish

We invest in better tools and techniques, and we teach them. Nobody here is left to work out prep on their own.

Work that is planned before you get there

Scope, materials and schedule are sorted in the office. You are not working it out on the customer's driveway or driving back across town for the right sheen.

Room to move up

Crew lead and project manager roles get filled from the crew first. Tell us you want more responsibility and we will build toward it rather than hire over you.

What we're hiring for

Don't see your role? Apply anyway. Our schedule changes with the season and we keep applications on hand.
