It depends on the size of the space, how much prep the surfaces need, and the products we use. Rather than guess, we walk the project with you and give you a written, itemized number, so you can see exactly what you are paying for before you commit to anything.
Interior work carries a 1-year workmanship warranty. Exterior work carries a 6, 9 or 10-year warranty depending on the system we use on your home. It is written into your paperwork, not a verbal promise, and if something peels or fails inside that window we come back and fix it.
Most homes are quoted within 48 hours and painted within two weeks of booking. A full interior usually takes about a week, and a typical exterior runs three to five days, depending on weather and prep.
You do not need to be home. We just ask that you move your smaller items and valuables out of the way beforehand; we handle wrapping and moving the bigger pieces of furniture ourselves, cover floors and mask everything before a single drop of paint goes on, then clean up fully at the end of each day.
